Application Process

Seaglass Monthly Market – Application Process

Seaglass is a vibrant community of local makers, artists, and entrepreneurs.

Our artists and artisans are all independent small business owners, and we work together to create an amazing market experience for our customers.

Vendor Requirements

To participate at Seaglass, vendors must have:

  • A Sales & Use Tax Number – This is issued by the NCDOR and allows you to collect and remit sales tax. (This is different from an EIN number.)
     
    • All vendors must be able to provide a copy of their Certificate of Registration if requested by an NCDOR representative.
  • A Marketing Presence – Either an active social media account or an email list to promote your business and the market.

Please note:

  • We do not accept MLM or direct marketing businesses.
  • All consumable goods must have proper licensing.
  • We are currently not seeking pottery, jewelry, or resin artists at this time. However, you may apply to be placed on our waiting list.

Selling Options at Seaglass

We offer several ways to participate, depending on your commitment level and availability:

  1. Continuing Seller
     
    • Commit to 3 days at every market for 6 months (November & December have 2 markets each).
    • Guaranteed same space each market and the option to leave displays/products in between markets.
    • Space size: 10’ x 10’.
    • $215/month (with products left) or $190/month (displays only).

  1. Rotating Seller
     
    • Set up Thursday (market week) and break down Sunday.
    • No long-term commitment; spaces are based on availability.
    • $145/weekend or $50/day.
    • Continuing Sellers have priority.

  1. Daily Seller
     
    • Set up and break down the same day.
    • $50/day.
    • Availability currently open.

  1. Table Set-Up
     
    • We provide a 6’ table and chair; you bring a table covering (required) and your products.
    • $35/day or $100 for all 3 market days.
    • Space is limited.
